Full day, week long registration

ZooCrew Trekkers week long registration

  • $225 Zoo Members
  • $250 Non-Members

*Please note that programs run the full week (Monday-Friday), by selecting a Monday you are signing up for the entire week. 

Zoo Members:

  • Enter your name, email address, and address exactly as they appear on your membership.
  • BEFORE registering, please create/log-in to your BPZoo account.  Click the Sign-In/Register button at the top right corner of this page to do this. 
  • You must be logged in before registering to receive a member discount on certain programs. Discounts will show in the Shopping Cart. 


Programs run 9 am to 4 pm daily.

Half day option for 4 & 5 year-olds runs from 9 am to 12 pm daily.

Cancellation policy:

Complete refunds minus a $25.00 fee will be given up to June 1, 2019 for Summer ZooCrew. Absolutely no refunds will be made after these dates.

Summer ZooCrew Scholarship Program:
The objective of the ZooCrew Scholarship program, when available, is to provide children ages 4 -12 years old with an opportunity to participate in camp at a low cost or no cost to families based on financial need and the child’s submission of a request. Scholarship applications will be available in the spring.

4 & 5 year olds

Animals & Me: Come discover some of the similarities we share with animals. Do you like any of the same food as a turtle? Do you have any of the same bones as a bird? (Week of 7/15/2019)

Which Came First?: Which did come first, the chicken or the egg? Join us as we explore animal life cycles and attempt to answer this age old question. (Week of 7/29/2019)

Critter Coverings:Do animals wear sweaters or hats? What do animals have that covers their body? Is it all the same? Join us as we explore the different coverings animals have. (Week of 8/12/2019)

6 & 7 year olds

Animal Kingdom: How is a frog different from a bird? Explore the animal world to disover "the inside secrets"  of how anatomy holds the key to kinship in the animal kingdom.(Week of 7/8/2019)         

Animal Superheroes: Faster than a speeding bobcat, more powerful than a thundering elephant. From super-strength to bionic vision, invisibility to lightning speed, animals have amazing powers! Put on your mask and cape and discover all about the super-heroes of the animal world. (Week of 7/15/2019)


Diversity: It takes all kinds: What would the world be like if we were all the same? Come explore how it takes all kinds to make a habitat a home. (Week of 8/5/2019)

8 & 9 year olds

You Belong in a Zoo: Have you ever wondered how a zookeeper starts their day? Or how an exhibit designer makes an animal exhibit? Join us for  a week of hands-on career exploration. (Week of 7/8/2019) 

Grossology: Gross! Yuck! Cool! Come discover the weird and sometimes gross adaptations that animals have to help them survive. (Week of 7/22/2019)

What's for Lunch: Have you ever wondered what animals eat for lunch? Come discover why some animals eat berries while others eat carrion. (Week of 7/29/2019)

10 – 12 year olds

ZooCrew Trekkers: Have you ever wondered what it is like to be a real biologist? Join us as we leave the Zoo and explore some of our local environment! (Week of 7/22/2019)
***Please note that the price of the ZooCrew Trekkers program is different due to the offsite adventures taking place place during this week ($225/members, $250/non-members). 

Animal Innovations: Did you know the Velcro was inspired by nature? Explore the way animals have inspired some of our innovations and see how they can inspire your creativity. (Week of 8/5/2019) 

Be the Change: Are you curious about some of today's environmental issues? Join us as we explore some of these topics and discover how we can be part of the solution. (8/12/2019).
