Welcome to "Spring Week 2021" - A day of free admission to BPZOO in partnership with Highland Street Foundation and the New England Patriots Foundation!
Tickets to the Zoo must be reserved online in advance of your arrival, as you will need to choose a specific entry time for your visit. This helps us limit person-to-person transactions and help us manage guest capacity throughout the day. Per state guidelines, guest contact information will be required during the online ticketing process to allow for contact tracing.
From the times above, choose when you would like to visit, then move down the page to select the types of tickets you need.
If an entry time does not appear as a selection, this indicates the time slot is sold out.
To help ensure our guests are able to abide by proper social distancing measures, you must arrive within the 30 minute window immediately following your ticket time.
In accordance with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts guidelines, protective face coverings are required for all guests over the age of 5 and are highly recommended for children ages 2 – 5. Please view the mass.gov FAQ for further details.
Once on grounds you may stay for up to 2 hours. Zoo visits at this time are outdoors only. Because of this, certain exhibits may be restricted or closed. Additionally, the carousel and train will not be operating during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience. Charlie's Nature Play is now open but is strictly BYOT -- bring your own toys!

We want you to enjoy your visit and have implemented measures to encourage social distancing among guests and staff and to protect our animals. By reserving your admission ticket, you agree to abide by social distancing rules, wear a face mask, and hold harmless the BPZOO, Buttonwood Park Zoological Society, and City of New Bedford.
Thanks so much for your cooperation – we can’t wait to see you!
